I help highly successful, burnt out women who are want to reclaim power over their careers by regulating their nervous system, speaking their truth confidently, and getting compensated fairly for their skills and value.

One of these parts kept you employed in that toxic workplace. It also kept you quiet.

When a job turns on you, something inside steps in to keep you safe. For some of us it becomes the person the team cannot run without. For some it reads the room before anyone speaks and apologizes for taking up space. For some it scans every email for tone and never clocks out. For some it goes numb and scrolls until 1am. And for some it writes the resignation email at 2am and never sends it.

None of those are flaws. They are protectors, and they showed up because at some point, being yourself was not safe in that building.

So I built the Workplace Trauma Quiz. It is completely free, takes about two minutes, and tells you which of the six parts stepped in for you and what that part needs before it can rest.

You get your results before you hand over an email, plus a 19-page companion workbook with journal pages for your part. It is a reflection tool, not a diagnosis.

Comment QUIZ and I’ll send it to you. If you’d rather talk it through with me, my free clarity call is in the bio.

“She found a better opportunity.” Okay. But why was she even looking? Maybe because two years of strong reviews never turned into the promotion, and it went to whoever the boss liked best.

“Our culture wasn’t the right fit for her.” Okay. But which culture? The one where politics beat merit and being the boss’s pet counted more than the work.

“We wish her all the best.” Then where was that when she asked for help?

I’ve heard from some of you saying things like “Leadership don’t care. They only protect the favorites if you aren’t that person then you are nothing to them.”

The team got the polished version. You lived the months that led up to it, and you’re allowed to name them out loud.

You cited personal reasons in your resignation letter because it was the only phrase that let you leave without one more fight.

What it actually meant was the project that showed up on the quarterly slide under someone else’s name. The stomach drop when their name lit up your phone on a Saturday. The HR meeting where they thanked you for sharing, followed by months where the only thing that changed was how closely they watched your work.

None of that was personal. It was done to you, by people who decided you were easier to lose than they were to confront.

I’ve heard from some of you saying things like “Next month will be a year since I left a toxic workplace. Took me 8 months to find something new. But I’m still not ok.”

Leaving ended the job. It did not end what your body learned while you were there.
