Happy 4th of July 🇺🇸 I love my Zumba classes at McCleskey Y, we have so much fun!! 🎉I asked my class to wear red, white and blue and well, only a few got the memo 😂. My class is “come as you are” with no judgment and to embrace inclusion.

Come flow with me tonight 🧘‍♀️🍑✨ This is a free class in a warm and welcoming yogi space 🤍

So, I did a thing! I’ve had a goal for several years to take on the 200 Yoga 🧘‍♀️ Teacher Training to become a teacher of yoga. The timing was never quite right, but I went in head first, despite all my doubts and fears. This journey was transformational in every way ✨ I never practiced yoga for the fancy poses, my mat has always been my safe place to breathe, reset, and calm my mind.

We were guided by the amazing and oh so talented David Melton who each shared their heart ❤️, soul, and nurturing spirit.

I’m so very fortunate to have found a tribe of unbelievable yogis who encouraged and supported one another. We laughted, we cried, and together for 6 months ❤️

My journey is not over, it’s just beginning!
