Acro classes are available for ages 6 & up at MDA! 🤸‍♀️🩷

We have two class options designed to help dancers build strength, flexibility, control, and confidence while progressing their acro skills.

Ages 6–9: Thursdays from 7:00–7:45 PM, starting October 1st
Ages 9+: Mondays from 4:30–5:30 PM*

*Dancers in the 9+ class must be able to independently push up into a backbend from the floor.

Last night was our first night back with our competitive dancers! 💗✨ We are so excited for a year filled with growth, positivity, and teamwork!

We kicked off the season with a team bonding activity where each dancer decorated a puzzle piece to represent who they are as both a person and a dancer. We reminded them that every member of our team is special and unique, and each person brings something different and valuable to MDACT.

Individually, every piece is one of a kind, but when we put them all together, we create our supportive and amazing team and dance family🩷

Our first day of classes is Monday, September 14, and there’s still plenty of time to join us! With classes for ages 3–18, a variety of styles, and options for all levels, there’s something for every dancer. 🩰✨

We are SO grateful for the incredible turnout at our Open House last night! Thank you to every dancer and family who stopped by — whether you’re a familiar face or brand new to MDA, we loved getting to spend the evening with you! 🫶
