It doesn’t have to be some huge, almost impossible goal. Maybe it’s showing up, staying consistent, getting stronger, or simply being better than you were last week.

Congratulations to Chris Casillo on his promotion to Brown Belt. Chris Casillo

Chris has competed at every belt level, tested himself over and over, and represented our academy extremely well along the way.

But what I’m most proud of isn’t just the medals or how well he competes.

He’s a great teammate. A great training partner. A great guy to have on the mats.

Brown belt is a serious level in Jiu-Jitsu, and Chris has earned every bit of it.

Proud of you, brother. Congratulations. 🤎🥋
