Great ground self defense class yesterday!! Thank you to all the attendees and to Mr Steve for helping! This is a super fun but very physical class. We cover proper falling standing quickly (and protected), strikes and pressure points from the ground defense position as well as escaping skills that crossover various positions. Lots of fun!
Unfortunately, we were so busy that we didn’t get pictures…. Tends to be our weakness…ha.
