Love the trail? Help us show it off. 🚲🚶

If you enjoy walking, riding or spending time on the B&O Connector Trail, we’d love your help showing others what makes it such a great part of Richland County.

This Monday, September 14, from noon–1:30 p.m., Destination Mansfield - Richland County will be capturing new photos and drone footage along the Connector Trail.

We especially need walkers and bikers near the Trimble Road tunnel, heading away from the tunnel, but the drone will be capturing activity along the entire Connector Trail.

Walk it. Ride it. Bring a friend. Bring the dog. Just come out and enjoy the trail the way you normally would.

And who knows - you may even find yourself in one of the photos, possibly on the cover of a future Destination Mansfield Visitor Guide. 📸

Labor Day in Mansfield, Ohio 🇺🇸

From the parade rolling down Park Avenue West to families taking a spin on the Richland Carrousel, Mansfield came together to celebrate Labor Day.

Thank you to the local labor unions who helped make the day special with free carrousel rides, food and drinks, and to the men and women whose work helps keep our community moving every day.

Labor Day in Mansfield, Ohio 🇺🇸

Downtown Mansfield was lined with families, flags and plenty of familiar faces this morning as the annual Labor Day Parade made its way down Park Avenue West.

The celebration continues at Richland Carrousel Park, where local labor unions are providing free carrousel rides, food and drinks until 1 p.m.

From the parade route to the Carrousel, here are a few scenes from Labor Day 2026 in Mansfield.

Jammin’ in the Patch is underway at The Blueberry Patch. 🎶🫐

We stopped by today and found live music by the water, chairs spread across the lawn, plenty of room to settle in, and that beautiful Blueberry Patch setting all around it.

There’s still one more band to catch tonight with SWAGG at 6:30, and the music picks right back up Sunday with another full afternoon in the patch:

Tickets are $20 for the weekend, covering both days.

Four days and many ways to enjoy Labor Day weekend in Mansfield - Richland County.

Spend Friday strolling downtown or hearing the engines at Mansfield Speedway. Saturday brings endurance racing, live music, family fun and the music of Etta James under the stars at The Brickyard.

On Sunday, catch a charity car show, listen to live music among the blueberry fields or take your adventure onto Charles Mill Lake. Then line the streets Monday morning for Mansfield’s Labor Day Parade and continue the celebration at Richland Carrousel Park.

Mansfield’s Labor Day tradition returns Monday morning!

Gather downtown as the 2026 Labor Day Parade steps off at 10 AM from the Five-Way Light at Park Avenue West and Marion Avenue.

After the parade, follow the celebration to Richland Carrousel Park for free carrousel rides, food and drinks.

Sponsored by local area unions, it’s a morning to honor the working people who keep our community moving, enjoy a hometown tradition and celebrate Labor Day together.

Labor Day weekend is getting a soundtrack at The Blueberry Patch! 🎶🫐

The first Jammin in the Patch brings two days, eight bands and plenty of food, local w**e and cold drinks to 1285 W**ery.

Saturday’s lineup includes Taylor Schlupp Music, Nate Williams Band, Oolong Gurus and SWAGG. Come back Sunday for Steve and Sam, R2D2, Lovehook and Van Waylon.

Bring a chair, find your spot near the stage and settle in for a weekend of live music surrounded by the rolling views of The Blueberry Patch.
