Katherine Rose Memorial Park

NOON UPDATE: The Walnut Creek Linear Trail from Town Park to James McKnight Park East is CLOSED due to the high water at Rose Park and flooded sections throughout. Please avoid the trails until waters recede and we can get the park safe for use. The section of WCLT from Oliver Nature Park to 360 Tollway is open and can be accessed from ONP or at Philip Thompson Soccer Complex.

FLOODING ALERT: As of 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Katherine Rose Memorial Park is closed due to flooding by order of the Mansfield Fire Department. Guest safety is our number one concern and will have the park reopened as soon as it is safe to do so. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our crews work to clear debris and help the water subside.

Katherine Rose Memorial Park is one of Mansfield's largest and most popular parks. Featuring basketball and sand volleyball courts as well as a large, shaded playground and several covered pavillons, it's a great place for large gatherings or just afternoons out with the family. Katherine Rose is connected to the Walnut Creek Linear Trail and the site of many public festivals and 5k runs.
