APEX Performance Training is the new program that NRG Volleyball is rolling out this season. This training program will significantly enable our athletes to improve their performance. This new program will be made available to all athletes from all sports who desire to reach their performance APEX! APEX will incorporate the ARISPro resistance training system to greatly increase the effectiveness of speed, vertical, and agility for all athletes involved in the program. 2 ARISPro units will be installed in September and we will begin the training program shortly after. During club season the APEX program is included with AMPD & National team club dues 11U-17U. Stay tuned for details. Check out the video to get a glimpse of the new systems. Professional Volleyball Player & Coach Bruno Amorim will lead the program.
