Lock it in your calendars, GB Mansfield family! Starting July 26th, we are kicking off a brand new monthly tradition: Open Mat on the last Sunday of every single month!

This is an exclusive session dedicated strictly to Gracie Barra students. It’s the perfect opportunity to get some extra rounds in, fine-tune your technical game, and get some quality training time with your teammates.

In honor of the 4th of July, our academy will be closed this Saturday, July 4th.

We hope all of our students and families take this time to relax, enjoy the freedom we are blessed with, and spend quality time together.

Regular classes resume on Monday, the 6th. Stay safe, celebrate responsibly, and we'll see you back on the mats soon! 🔥

Class times have not changed. We have simply added our 2026 academy closure dates for your convenience.

Monday, Jan. 19 — MLK Jr. Day
Monday, May 25 — Memorial Day
Friday, June 19 — Juneteenth
Saturday, July 4 — Independence Day
Monday, Sept. 7 — Labor Day
Wednesday–Thursday, Nov. 25–26 — Thanksgiving Holiday
Wednesday, Dec. 23–Sunday, Jan. 3 — Winter Break

We also want to remind our students about our referral program.

For every new student who joins and lists your name as their referral, you will receive $100 off your tuition.

We will continue developing our referral program in 2026 to offer even more benefits to the students and families who help us spread the love of Jiu-Jitsu throughout our community.

Huge congratulations to Coach Eric Perez on earning his BJJ Purple Belt today! 🥋💜

Eric has been a staple on our mats since 2018, and for the last two years, he’s been an incredible mentor and leader for our Kids program.

This promotion was extra special: Eric’s father, Rudy, who earned his Black Belt with us last year, had the honor of presenting Eric with his new belt and certificate. Seeing that legacy continue on the mats is what it's all about.
