I might as well put a picture up of the whole thing now before you wonder tomorrow why I’m not running.
My heart is not fully hearting, so as much as I hate to make this decision and skip this race that I LOVE, I gotta take the safe route and skip the race.
Could I maybe run it slow and it would be fine? Maybe. But it’s very very risky.
And what would I tell myself if I was my own coach? DONT BE STUPID.
So here I am, trying to adult, which I really, really hate. 😣
