YOUR BODY POSITION CHANGES EVERYTHING ON THE LEG PRESS.
The Icarian leg press is an incredible machine—but only when your body is positioned correctly.
If your glutes are planted at the very bottom of the pad, your pelvis may roll underneath you as you descend. That can round your lower back and throw off the mechanics of your hips, knees, and ankles.
Try sliding your body slightly higher up the back pad before beginning the movement. This can help you:
✅ Keep your pelvis and lower back more stable
✅ Maintain better hip, knee, and ankle alignment
✅ Control the weight through a safer range of motion
✅ Put more tension where you actually want it—on your legs
Don’t just move the weight. Set your body up so the machine works with your mechanics.
