She’s loves a class collab and coming up with new formats to keep us on our toes. It’s not goodbye forever, keep your eyes on the schedule, you’ll see her popping back here and there very soon. Join us for a Summer Recess, half-day studio retreat. A fire movement flow to unlock your inner strength, a gift bag anchored by Recess elixirs, an 8/8 manifesting workshop, and a sound bath. SCHEDULE:
9-9:45 strength class
9:45-10:15 journal manifestation
10:30-11:15 slow flow yoga
11:15-12pm sound bath with Pure Melodic Vibrations
12pm-1pm drinks, snacks, flower stem bar and gift bags!

After class grab a coffee or matcha (included with ticket) from Lahalas Coffee and take your time walking around the numerous gardens.
