We will be holding Murph on Monday, May 25. Doors will open at 8:30am and there will be a group warm up for the first heat at 8:40am. The first heat will be at 9am, second heat at 9:30am. All friends and family are welcome to participate! There will be plenty of scaling options so don’t feel like you have to do the full thing! Partner Murph is encouraged!
Due to Murph being on Monday, the gym will be closed on Saturday, May 23rd. There will also be not 4:30pm class on Friday, May 29th.
There will not be a cookout this year after the workout. Instead, please join us on Friday, May 29 at 6pm at Two Silos to celebrate our 5th anniversary of The Sweat Gym! We hope to see you there!
