🚨 OPEN WORKOUT IS BACK!!! 🚨

Friday nights just got a whole lot more EPIC!🩷💙

Every Friday night from 7:00–9:00 PM, athletes can take over the gym, work on the skills THEY want to work on, head to their favorite events, get help from our coaches, and most importantly… HAVE FUN!

And parents… did we mention this means TWO HOURS on a Friday night?! 👀😂 Drop the kids with us and go grab dinner, run errands, sit in your car in complete silence… we don’t judge. 🤣 We’ve got them!

💪 Build strength, flexibility & confidence
🔥 Keep their bodies moving
🙌 Coaches are on the floor to help, spot & answer questions
⭐ Go at their own pace and choose the events they want to work on!

And remember, gymnastics is an incredible foundation for EVERY sport. Strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, body awareness, agility and confidence translate to the field, court, track, dance floor and beyond!

Our Fall Session is almost here and we are SO excited to welcome our little gymnasts back into the gym! If you’ve been thinking about gymnastics for your child, this is your sign to give it a try!

Our Junior Gymnastics morning classes are still available Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday for ages 1–5, with classes designed specifically for each stage of development.

From an early age, children develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, body awareness and confidence — all while running, jumping, climbing, swinging, rolling and having FUN! What an awesome summer at Epic Gymnastics! Summer 2026 is officially in the books, and it was another great one. We absolutely loved working with all of our athletes, watching them learn, grow, build confidence, and of course, have FUN!

A quick reminder that the gym will be closed until classes begin on Thursday, September 3rd. We will have office hours during the break, so if you need anything at all, please reach out!
