TPG Sports is proud to officially welcome Derrick Deen as our Director of Player Personnel & Recruiting.

Derrick brings experience in football scouting, recruiting, coaching and player development. His background includes scouting and player personnel work with Western Kentucky University, scouting experience with Blue Chip Scouting, work with the Hula Bowl and recruiting experience with the Jacksonville Athletic Academy.

In this role, Derrick will help build and manage the player pipeline across TPG Sports, identify athletes who fit what we are building and create meaningful opportunities for players throughout our organization.

As TPG Sports continues developing the Kentucky Blitz and Little Miami Phantoms, building the right team behind the scenes is just as important as finding talent on the field.

THE BLITZ NEED A LEADER.

We’re searching for a General Manager to help build the Kentucky Blitz for the 2027 A7FL season.

This is an opportunity to build a football organization from the ground up. The selected GM will help shape the roster, coaching staff, culture and identity of the Blitz, with structure and support from TPG Sports and Director of Football Operations Amanda Stevenson.

We need a leader who can recruit, organize, communicate and build a professional, accountable football culture.

This is currently an unpaid, part-time opportunity based in Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati.

A new standard begins now.

TPG Sports is proud to officially announce Jonothan “Dobbs” Dobbins Sr. as General Manager of the Little Miami Phantoms for the 2027 A7FL season.

Dobbs brings more than 20 years of coaching experience, including a decade in semipro football, multiple league championships, two national championships and three Defensive Coordinator of the Year honors.

His experience is proven. His expectations are high. Now he will lead the Phantoms’ football operations, roster development and culture as we build toward 2027.

The Phantoms have their leader.

TPG Sports workouts are officially underway, and every session is open to every player, regardless of which team you may ultimately compete for.

These are not tryouts. This is your opportunity to knock the rust off, get back into football shape, compete, and start getting reps in before official tryout information is announced next week.

TPG Sports is officially partnering with Legends Fight Series as LFS brings RISE OF LEGENDS to MegaCorp Pavilion in Newport, Kentucky on September 12.

And we’re not just putting our name on it.

TPG Sports will be IN THE BUILDING.

Selected athletes from the Kentucky Blitz and Little Miami Phantoms will be representing TPG Sports at one of the biggest combat sports events in the region, as we continue creating new opportunities, new exposure and new platforms for the athletes and teams under the TPG Sports banner.

TPG Sports is officially accepting applications for General Manager positions with the Kentucky Blitz and Little Miami Phantoms.

We are looking for organized, levelheaded leaders who can help build strong football operations, manage staff and players, uphold organizational standards, and help guide each franchise into the 2027 A7FL season.

These are volunteer leadership positions with an opportunity to play a significant role in the continued growth of both organizations.
