TFW's World Renowned "8 Week Transformation" starts up at TFW Mahopac on September 21st. 6pm

This is an introductory program designed for people who have never done resistance training before or those looking to start back up with a fitness routine. We have helped hundreds of thousands of people across the World:

The TYathlon takes place right here in and around Lake Mahopac and consists of a sprint triathlon and family-friendly 5K walk/run to raise funds to support the Ty Louis Campbell Young Investigator Fund at New York-Presbyterian Weill Cornell. Through this investment, TLC pays the salary of an experienced doctor/researcher who is dedicated to collecting genetic bio-information on all types of pediatric brain tumor samples in order to provide individual treatment protocols with precision medicine to children battling cancer.
