Our Rock Steady Fighters have a strong connection with eachother to the point of wearing the same clothes at times! 😂🤣😉

We are so thankful for our amazing coaches at Rock Steady Boxing in the Woodlands. Shout out to Coach Julie DiStefano Kennemer and Coach Johanna. We also appreciate Coach John, Coach Lisa, Coach Paul, Coach Bobby, Coach Gabe, Coach Don, and Coach Alex Weeks! We miss Coach Janice Blades-Miller, Coach Jaime, Coach Anthony Israel Campos, and Coach Brad Westermann. We are reminscing over the last 10 years of fighting back as of September 2026.💃

We really appreciate this amazing speciality program called "Rock Steady Boxing (RSB)." We became an affiliate in 2016 in the Woodlands, Texas. Here's a great photo of one of fighters (Bob). Our fighters are empowered no matter where they are in their battle with Parkinson's disease. We are working hard and having fun!!! Bob is super!
