Our 6 Week Adult Aerial Starter Program is a fun, welcoming, NO INTIMIDATION introduction to the aerial world. Never touched an aerial apparatus? PERFECT. Can’t do a pull-up? You don’t need to! We’ll combine Aerial Pilates, strength & conditioning, mobility, core work and beginner aerial skills to help you get stronger, move better and build confidence all while discovering just how much you’re capable of. 💪🔥

Beginner-friendly does NOT mean easy! 😉 SKYHIGH STRONG can be modified or progressed to give ALL fitness and aerial levels a great workout. Whether you’re brand new to fitness, curious about aerial, or simply want a fun new challenge, come as you are, we’ll build from there! You don’t have to get strong BEFORE trying aerial. Dylan brings so much personality, energy, and heart into the studio, and it has been incredible watching her grow stronger, more confident, and more skilled with every class. 🍁 SKYHIGH FALL FLY NIGHT 🍁

Parents, we’ve got your Friday night plans covered! Drop the kids off at SkyHigh for THREE HOURS of aerial, pizza, games, music, and fall fun while you enjoy a night out! This isn’t a camp or a regular class. It’s a PARTY at the aerial studio! Kids will get to play on Silks, Sling & Lyra, enjoy pizza with friends, take on fun games and challenges, and finish the night with plenty of high-flying fun! 🤩

✨ Members AND non-members are welcome. Bring a friend! No aerial experience is necessary, so this is the perfect chance for kids who have always wanted to try aerial to come see what SkyHigh is all about!
