Welcome to Magnolia Taekwondo Academy (MTA) where we offer classes for all fitness levels ages 6 and up! While our goal is to preserve the art of Taekwondo our focus is on instilling respect, courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit to all of our students! Our family is dedicated to serve you and to create future generations that love and respect the Martial Arts just as much as we do! We believe that not only is Taekwondo the best way to stay active and healthy, but it is also about becoming the best version of yourself! The Magnolia Classic is almost here! We are excited to see everyone in our home town Magnolia, Arkansas, on Saturday, September 26th for another great WTA tournament!

🚨 REGISTRATION ENDS WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23RD! You still have time to register online and SAVE MONEY! Don’t wait until tournament day — get registered before the online registration deadline.

NOTICE Thursday September 17
SCHEDULE CHANGE
we are currently out of power and do not have a restoration time until 1pm. Being without air for that many hours means it’s going to be hot in that metal building. We will be combining our 4 o’clock class with our 5:30 to 6:15 class to give the building a little bit more time to cool off. Instead of opening at 3:50 we will be opening at 5:15. Thank you for your understanding! Bring some water and be ready to sweat💪

🐉 BIG confidence starts with little kicks! 🥋

Our Lil Dragons class is designed especially for ages 4–6 and is a true beginner-friendly introduction to Taekwondo.

No experience required. No special skills required. Your child does not need to already know how to kick, punch, balance, roll, or keep up before they walk through our doors. That’s what class is for! We firmly believe everyone learns differently and at their own pace!

At this age, children are still learning how to move their bodies, follow directions, take turns, manage big emotions, and build confidence. We meet them where they are and help them grow from there.

Through age-appropriate games, drills, and martial arts training, our Lil Dragons work on:

⭐ Confidence
⭐ Focus & listening skills
⭐ Coordination & balance
⭐ Respect & self-control
⭐ Following directions
⭐ Perseverance

We don’t expect preschoolers to arrive already knowing how to do the things we’re here to teach them.

If your little one is ready to learn, move, grow, and have fun, we’d love to have them at Magnolia Taekwondo Academy!

We are so thankful to be back home safe and sound!

We can’t thank everyone enough for the love, support, encouragement, and donations that made this incredible trip possible. A special thank you to our hometown sponsors, Amfuel, S&S Home Center, Chambliss & Davis, Price Tire, and Prince Pharmacy, for believing in our team and helping make this opportunity a reality.

We’d also like to thank all of our family and friends who signed our banner with notes of encouragement and well wishes. Seeing your messages again before the competition was a wonderful reminder of the community cheering us on from home.

Today is THE DAY! Team USA will be hitting the mats in Lethbridge Alberta. Over a year of training for this day. Our students have worked so hard and have dedicated so much time and effort. Thank you to the parents and friends of these students for the support to make this happen for them. We couldn’t have done it without our support team here with us as well as our support team back home!
