Two days to go! 💚
Cardio for a Kause is happening THIS Saturday, August 15, and we’d love to see you there!
This morning is about more than the meters we’ll complete. It’s about showing up for something that matters, honoring Erika Berger (1986–2010), supporting gastroparesis research in her memory, and coming together with people who care.
Our doors will be open from 7:30–11:30 a.m., so come whenever it works for you. Row, ski, bike, or run/walk for 15 minutes, an hour, or more! Every contribution helps us move closer to our goal of reaching millions of meters and raising funds for the Erika J. Berger Research Fund.

Thank you for helping us honor Erika’s memory and support research toward better treatments and, ultimately, a cure for gastroparesis. We hope to see you Saturday! 💚
One million meters. One morning. One reason.
That’s the vision.
This Saturday, we row, bike, ski, and run to fund gastroparesis research, and to keep a promise for something bigger.
You don’t have to be fast. You just have to show up.

If your pre-workout routine still looks like high school gym class, you’re definitely not alone.
For years, many of us were taught that holding a few stretches before exercise was the key to preventing injuries. The research tells a different story.
A good warm-up isn’t about “loosening up.” It’s about preparing your body to move by raising your temperature, activating key muscles, and waking up your nervous system so you’re ready to train.
The goal isn’t to stretch more. It’s to prepare better.
Check out our latest blog for a deeper dive into:
✔️ Why static stretching isn’t really a warm-up
✔️ What actually helps reduce injury risk
✔️ The simple 5-phase warm-up we recommend
✔️ Why your warm-up becomes even more important as you get older
