What a great time we had Thursday at Madison Mallards Senior Day presented by the YMCA! It was great getting a bunch of Y friends "off campus" for some afternoon baseball, ballpark food and fun in the sun!

Juneteenth is the oldest national celebration commemorating the end of slavery in America. While the Emancipation Proclamation was signed January 1, 1863, the news took two-and-a-half years to reach enslaved people in Galveston, Texas. Today at the Y, we celebrate Freedom Day!
