This Labor Day, we’re honoring Army Staff Sgt. Jack M. Martin III, who was killed in action on September 29, 2009, in Jolo Island, Philippines. Grab a buddy, dig deep, and let’s sweat with a purpose.
The Workout
20-Minute AMRAP:
10 Push Press (115/80 lb)
10 Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb)
10 Box Jumps (24/20 in, step down)
Come show up, push your limits, and pay tribute to a hero. Scaling options will be available for all fitness levels!
