Happy International Women’s Day 🌸
Women are the backbone of society. We are the caregivers, the leaders, the innovators, the educators, and the quiet force behind so much of what keeps our world moving. Yet too often, our strength is taken for granted and our contributions go unrecognized. Today, and every day, we choose to change that. We choose to see women, celebrate women, and stand firmly with women.
We are living in a trying time, and it is women who continue to rise through heartache and joy with resilience. From boardrooms to classrooms, from hospitals to homes, women show up, often carrying more than our share. The world doesn’t just benefit from women. It depends on them.
Here at our studios, we are humbled and honored to be surrounded by women every single day — our incredible staff who pour their hearts into this work, and our community of clients who inspire us every time they walk through our doors.
And as a mother raising four daughters in this world, I feel the weight and the hope of this day deeply. I want them to grow up knowing their worth is limitless and that they belong in every room they walk into.
To the women in our studios, you are our why. Every class, every conversation, every moment of courage you bring into that hot room reminds us why this community exists. We are so grateful for each and every one of you. 🌸 -Megan, Founder
