Warmup is important
This is a time where you want max muscle recruitment, which in this case it's the squat.
The squat requires a large amount of muscles to work together for optimal result in the lift.
After an initial mobility series, I like the following:
1. Deadbug ISO
2. Side Plank w/ Adductor ISO
3. Side Plank w/ Leg Raise Hold
4. Glute Bridge with band

Stuck in a rut?
Most sports require a lot of time and volume, but not general health and wellness.
Research suggests an average of 3 days per week of strength training and 150 minutes/week of moderate activity on top of that.
3 days per week for 1 hour (busy? Split it up into 20-30 minutes ea.) is not much and folks think they need to be superheroes...
Just move and strength train.
Musts- Strength training is key for bone mass (not a weighted vest), blood sugar, blood pressure, stress reduction and independence as we age.
Bottom line- A little is better than nothing for progress
