💪 WORLD-CLASS STRENGTH 💪

This month, our Personal Training Director, Brett, traveled to Texas to compete in the Pro Strongman League U90kg World Championship, finishing an incredible 9th overall! 🌎🏆

Just a few highlights from the competition:
🔥 600-lb Deadlift
🔥 285-lb Axle Clean & Press
🔥 315 lbs per hand Farmer’s Carry
🔥 800-lb Yoke Carry
🔥 300-lb Sandbag to Shoulder, Carry & Load

Jeff thrives on pushing himself through the physical and mental challenges of transformation, and uses that experience to motivate every member he coaches. We couldn’t be prouder of his accomplishments and can’t wait to see him take the stage at the Arnold Classic in March 2027. 👏🏆
