Wow, it's been awhile since we've posted some updates! We've been busy training and building an amazing community, and really should share more of what we do and who we are. I can't believe it's been nearly 4 years since we've opened, and what a community we've built!
Expect some some regular updates on where we started, how we've built this amazing program, and where we're heading :) But first...
This past Saturday for the fourth year in a row, the students of Three Treasures got together for a picnic potluck and some fun in the sun. With over 60 students and family members in attendance, this annual event was a wonderful success. While Mr. Helley refers to this event as a picnic, several students of the Dojang are trying to convince Mr. Helley this event should be called the annual Kicknic due to the recent addition of a piñata breaking event using only kicks.
From casual conversations under a shelter, to tie-dyeing bandanas, to piñata kicking, there was something for everyone at this family-friendly event. We hope you’ll be able to join us at next year’s Kicknic!
