New Movement Monday
We’re breaking down a movement from our training programs to help you better understand the “why” behind each exercise.
This week, Coach Ryan from our Downtown location is featuring the Trap Bar Deadlift.
The trap bar deadlift is a great compound movement and a hybrid between a squat and a conventional deadlift. It involves movement at multiple joints—including the ankles, knees, and hips—while training multiple muscle groups at once. This makes it an efficient way to build full-body strength, particularly through the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and back.
Coaching cue: Push through the floor, keep your chest tall, and drive your hips forward as you stand.

New Movement Monday
We’re breaking down a movement from our training programs to help you better understand the “why” behind each exercise.
This week we’re featuring the Kettlebell Swing.
A great exercise for developing power, improving hip hinge mechanics, and building strength in the glutes, hamstrings, and core. When performed correctly, kettlebell swings help improve explosive strength, posture, and efficiency in everyday movements like lifting objects from the ground.
Coaching cue: Hinge at the hips, keep your back neutral, and drive your hips forward to generate the movement. The kettlebell should float to chest height—don’t lift it with your arms.

We had a great time helping attendees at the 2026 Biennial Conference on Chemical Education start their mornings with movement!
Coaches Bryce and Briel led mobility and stretching sessions to help everyone loosen up, feel energized, and get ready for a full day of learning, collaboration, and networking.
Thanks to everyone who joined us, we loved moving with you!
New Movement Monday
We’re breaking down a movement from our training programs to help you better understand the “why” behind each exercise.
This week we’re featuring the Barbell Hip Thrust
A great exercise for building glute strength, improving hip stability, and developing lower-body power. Strong glutes help support everyday movements like walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and standing up, while also improving performance in activities like running, jumping, and squatting.
Coaching cue: Drive through your heels, keep your core engaged, and squeeze your glutes at the top without overextending your lower back.

Momentum isn’t built overnight, it’s built through the small choices we make every day.
This week, we’re focusing on one simple idea: start small and stay consistent. Whether it’s drinking more water, taking a 10-minute walk, eating a protein-rich breakfast, or making it to your workout, every healthy choice moves you forward.
Remember, lasting results don’t come from being perfect. They come from showing up, one habit at a time.
💬 What’s one healthy habit you’re working on this week?
📚 It’s New Movement Monday! 💪🏼
We’re breaking down a movement from our training programs to help you better understand the “why” behind each exercise.
This week we’re featuring the Half Kneeling Single Arm Landmine Shoulder Press 💪
A great exercise for building upper body strength while improving shoulder stability, core control, and pressing mechanics. The angled pressing path makes it a shoulder-friendly option while encouraging strong core engagement and coordinated movement.
