A few reminders to keep things going smoothly on show day!

- Cutting riders are responsible for arranging their own turnback riders. Generally your fellow competitors will be happy to oblige but make a plan beforehand. 😊

- In cowhorse classes, you have the option to circle or rope your cow. Please declare to the judge if you plan to rope your cow.

- Rail and conformation classes will NOT run concurrently in this show.

- There will be no gate holds! Be ready to go!

- No cross entry between walk-trot and loping classes. We don't have a walk trot plus division.

- Green Rider classes are only open to riders in their first two years of showing in any discipline.

If you are approaching Wenatchee from the south (I90/Quincy), in order to avoid long construction delays on Crawford Ave, take the Ferry St exit from the bridge, then take Ferry St west (as highlighted in blue on this map) to Miller St (not pictured). Turn left on Miller and follow all the way to the end to Circle St/Appleatchee.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: RV assignments have been completely redone on the map to accommodate requests..Please re-check the map below! This is the final version. 😊 Everyone should have plenty of room. 😊

RV spots and stall assignments for this weekend's show! Move in is starting Friday morning unless you have individually gotten permission to arrive early on Thursday. Arenas are NOT available on Thursday, our rental starts at noon on Friday (For Friday, large indoor only). 😊

As of today we have not received any entries for the leadline class. :( Member Lynn Johnson is ready to make this a fun time for any little cowboys and cowgirls you know - spread the word! Friday at 6 pm!

Calling all aspiring cowgirls and cowboys! We will have a leadline class at the September show! This class will take place FRIDAY Sept 18 at 6 pm. The horse must have an adult handler for this class. Please sign up using the regular entry form (coming soon) so we have an accurate head count for prizes. A huge thank you to member Lynn Johnson for spearheading efforts for the leadline class!!

TODAY is the deadline for cattle class entries for our Wenatchee show!! See you all next weekend!

We are excited to have our September show at Appleatchee Riders Association in Wenatchee. It is a great facility! There is also an excellent food vendor on site. 😊 PNWRHA has rented the following arenas for our show:

Indoor arena + attached warmup arena all weekend. All of our classes except cattle classes will take place in the indoor.

Roping arena for cattle classes- mornings only.

Top arena for warmup/schooling- afternoons only.

The roundpen and other arenas are not available for show participant use and are reserved for Appleatchee member use only.

Use this map to familiarize yourself with the grounds if you haven't been here before! 😊 When you arrive, please use the Circle St entrance and drive back to the show barn to unload. Trailer parking is in the large parking lot next to (north of) the show barn.

We are so lucky to have the amazing Deb Fortner as our show secretary for this show- she graciously agreed to help us out fairly last minute in order to allow this show to move forward as planned, if you know her from the reining world, you know she's fantastic. 😊

Please note that we do NOT have a Friday clinic with this show. Instead, we have rented the large indoor arena at Appleatchee for open ride time by show participants on Friday afternoon from noon to 6 pm. We encourage you to show up early enough on Friday to take advantage of this!

PLEASE check in prior to 5 pm on Friday if possible as we will be doing the draws for Saturday's riders after 5 pm on Friday. Looking forward to seeing you all there!! 🤠
