Seven Hills Dance Studio has been dancing through Lynchburg since 1939 – teaching hundreds of students ages 3 and up how to point, shuffle, pirouette, and leap, all with style and grace, and of course, all while having fun! The studio was born in 1939 as Floyd Ward School of Dancing on Fifth Street in downtown Lynchburg. 1984 saw a transition to a new home in Boonsboro Shopping Center beneath a new name, Lynda Bell’s Floyd Ward School of Dancing, and then in 1992 into what we know today – Seven Hills Dance Studio. Seven Hills Dance Studio has evolved throughout the years, always maintaining quality dance instruction with professional teachers and innovative choreography. At Seven Hills we strive to enhance the creative, mental, physical and social growth of our students through the art, joy and love of dance.
