🏊‍♀️ ANNUAL POOL MAINTENANCE UPDATE! 🛠️
We’ve been busy behind the scenes, and a LOT of progress has been made during our annual pool maintenance shutdown!
✅ All three pools have been emptied, scrubbed and power washed
✅ All pool lights have been cleaned
✅ Pool walls have been washed
✅ Gutters have been scrubbed and grates put back in place
✅ Pools have been re-grouted where needed
✅ Both the Men’s and Women’s locker rooms have been painted
✅ Splash pad has been winterized
✅ The old Dectron unit has been removed from the roof
✅ The new Dectron unit was placed on the roof yesterday, September 15
✅ And there are still plenty of miscellaneous odds-and-ends projects being completed throughout the facility!
We have also greatly appreciated the help and assistance from our Public Works, Wastewater and Electric departments. Thank you for coming over and lending a hand with these jobs! It truly takes teamwork to get all of this accomplished, and we appreciate everyone who has helped us along the way! 👏
We are continuing to work hard and make as much progress as possible to get the facility back up and running. Things are running so smoothly that we are now looking at the possibility of opening earlier than expected! 🎉
👀 Watch for an official reopening date—we’ll keep you posted!
We truly appreciate all of our members’ patience and understanding while there is extra activity happening around the facility and while the pools remain closed. ❤️

💦 Happy Friday, September 11, 2026! 💦
Our annual pool maintenance has officially begun! 🛠️
All pools and the splash pad will be closed while we complete our annual maintenance. We will be draining and cleaning the pools and winterizing the splash pad to get everything ready for the off-season.
The good news is… the facility remains OPEN during our regular hours! 🎉
You can still: 🏋️‍♀️ Work out on the fitness side
💪 Attend group fitness classes
☀️ Make tanning appointments & tan
🚲 Rent eBikes
At this time, we do not have an official reopening date for the pools. Our team will be working hard to get everything completed and the pools back up and running as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we take care of these important maintenance projects. ❤️

The gate will open at 9:00 AM, and the Splash Pad will be FREE ALL DAY for everyone to enjoy! 💦

Join Meegan for her 5:15 AM Sculpt class tomorrow morning and enjoy a refreshing drink to help you start your first day of school feeling energized and ready to take on the day! 🥤
Then, celebrate making it through the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL with us at the 4:15 PM Strong class with Meegan. We’ll have another refreshing drink waiting for you! 🥤💪
🏃‍♀️🏃 COUCH TO 5K KICKOFF! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️
Our Couch to 5K program begins TOMORROW at 5:30 PM! 🎉
If you’ve been thinking about running a 5K but don’t know where to start — this is for YOU! You don’t have to be fast, and you don’t have to run the whole thing. You just have to keep moving! One step at a time, one week at a time, and eventually 3.1 miles at a time! ❤️
💰 Cost: $35
👕 Includes a Couch to 5K T-shirt
🏊 Must have a Luverne Aquatics & Fitness membership
Can’t make Tuesday nights work? That’s OKAY! 🙌 You can still sign up if your goal is to participate in the November 5K and get your shirt. You can follow along on your own and work toward that November finish line!
