Our facility offers our members 24 hour access, 7 days a week. This beautiful, air c

onditioned 7800 square foot gym holds free weights, plate loaded and fixed machines, cardio machines, custom built rigs, and 130 feet of turf. All of our trainers are qualified and motivated professionals. All trainers are individually contracted, therefore rates and hours may be different.

🏃‍♂️ HYROX Prep Class – Saturdays @ 10am

Build endurance, improve conditioning, and challenge yourself in this 60-minute coach-led workout designed for all fitness levels. Perfect for training for a HYROX event or simply looking for a great cardio and endurance workout!

Expect a mix of running, rowing, SkiErg, carries, functional strength movements, and conditioning intervals that will leave you stronger, fitter, and ready for whatever comes next.

Every movement can be scaled to match your experience and fitness level. Come work hard, have fun, and see what you’re capable of!

YOUTH FITNESS CAMP WEEK 2 STARTS TOMORROW!

Our camp had an amazing first week, and we’re excited to keep it rolling! We know summer schedules can get busy…. The good news? You don’t have to attend every session to benefit from the program.

Each session includes high-energy training, athletic development, coaching, technical corrections, confidence building challenges and most importantly, FUN!

Whether your athlete can make one day or all three, we’ll make every workout count.

These kids keep showing out!! They have been crushing the team challenges and workouts and pushing through tough exercises, all while encouraging each other, working together, and building confidence. The energy, effort, and laughs have been AWESOME!!

Our Youth Fitness Camp meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM.
We can’t wait to see everyone back tomorrow for another awesome session!

What an incredible start to our Youth Fitness Camp!

Our first session was an absolute blast! These kids showed up ready to work— learning new skills, improving technique, building confidence, pushing through challenges— all while having fun!!
Of course, the day ended with an epic kickball game—and we’re still not sure who had more fun..Coach Nick or our Assistant Coach, Christopher, or the kids!

If your child is looking for a fun, positive environment to stay active this summer and make new friends, we’d love to have them join us for our upcoming sessions!

We are so proud of our marathoners!!!

Months of early mornings, long runs, and pushing through fatigue—this is what marathon training really looks like. While the race itself is an incredible achievement, it’s the dedication, discipline, and mental toughness that matters most.

Josh, Katie, and Melissa trained side by side, sharing in the highs and lows of prep and built an incredible bond along the way. Megan took on that same grueling journey —training solo in London, showing incredible resilience and self-drive.

Together, they made it to the start line… and the emotional finish. And that’s something truly worth celebrating.
