🥊🔥 TEAM LINK LUDLOW MUAY THAI — EXCITING SCHEDULE UPDATE! 🔥🥊

We’re always looking for ways to improve the quality of our training and create the best possible experience for both our kids and adults. Here is our Team Link Ludlow Muay Thai schedule starting September 15th!

🐯 LITTLE TIGERS — Ages 5–9
📅 Tuesday & Thursday
⏰ 6:00 PM

🐯 BIG TIGERS — Ages 10–15
📅 Monday & Wednesday
⏰ 6:00 PM

One of the biggest benefits of this schedule is that our kids can attend BJJ at 5:00 PM and transition directly into Muay Thai at 6:00 PM, making it easier for families while giving our students the opportunity to develop both their grappling and striking skills.

🥊 ADULT MUAY THAI

We will be adding TWO NEW Adult Muay Thai classes to our weekly schedule! More training opportunities, more flexibility, and more chances for our students to continue improving!

We are happy with the progress of our Team Link Ludlow Muay Thai program and proud of the development we are seeing from our students. Our program continues to grow, and we’re committed to making it better and stronger!
