Our Sensory & Swing class is back this Fall!🍂😊

📆 Fridays at 4:45pm, September 4th-25th.

✨ This class is designed to support and empower neurodivergent individuals and sensory seekers. Classes will be focused on structured free time in the hammocks for the kids to explore and relax.

🧒 Ages 8-16

We also have our regular aerial kids classes starting back up at the end of September!

Have you heard? We will be adding two new classes to our weekly schedule!😄

🪽Wednesdays 5:30pm- Aerial Pilates

🪽Saturday 10:00am- Align

Both of these classes are beginner friendly and a medium intensity.

Our Aerial Pilates class is focused on core and strengthening and twice a month we add on a second apparatus such as weights or Pilates balls.

Our Align class is a balance between strengthening and stretching with guided time upside down.🙃
