Picture Day is this Saturday, September 12th! Photos will take place on the back fields behind Loveland Middle School (if it's raining, we'll move inside to the cafeteria).

PAWS families:while PAWS hasn't traditionally participated in Picture Day, we're opening a small window from 10:30–10:45 AM for any player who'd like an individual photo for our rec page and Instagram.

🥫 While you're there, bring a donation for LIFE Food Pantry! Collection bins will be on-site, and most-needed items include canned goods, cereal, pasta, paper products, toiletries, and diapers/wipes.

👟 We're also collecting gently used soccer gear for an LYSA Gear Swap this spring. Bring cleats, shin guards, balls, goalkeeper gloves, or any equipment still in good condition — a great way to pass along what your player has outgrown!

The fields are lined, the grass looks GREAT, the weather is perfect soccer weather and — so far — NO RAINDROPS! 🙌

Kids are having fun, coaches are encouraging, and parents are keeping the sidelines positive. And a BIG shoutout to our young referees, many stepping onto the field for the first time today! 💚👏

⚽ OPENING WEEKEND IS HERE, LYSA! ⚽

As we kick off our first weekend of games, you’ll notice our Going Green signs posted at LYSA fields — and we hope everyone takes a second to read them.

💚 Going Green means protecting our referees who are under 18 or in their first year of officiating. They are learning, growing and gaining confidence — just like our players. They will make mistakes. That’s part of the game and part of the process.

Be kind. Be respectful. Be supportive.

Parents and coaches, please help us create an environment where young referees WANT to come back next weekend. No yelling. No arguing. No intimidating. Let them learn and let them ref.

We’re all here for the same reason — KIDS + SOCCER + COMMUNITY.

⚽️ There’s still time to join the fun this fall at Loveland Youth Soccer! ⚽️

We’re closing in on 1,000 players this season, an incredible milestone for our LYSA community! 🎉 As our numbers continue to grow, we’re adding more teams, and we’d love to fill a few remaining roster spots to make sure every team has the best possible experience this fall.

If you’ve been on the fence, got busy this summer, or your child has decided they want to give soccer a try… it’s not too late! This is the perfect opportunity to jump into one of the best grassroots soccer programs around.

We’re especially looking for players in these age groups:

⚽ High School Boys (U15–U18)
⚽ Girls Kickers (U13–U14)
⚽ Boys Strikers (U11–U12)
⚽ Girls Wings (U9–U10)
⚽ Cubs (U5)
⚽ PAWS (U3 & U4)

Fresh off an exciting World Cup year, there’s never been a better time to fall in love with the game. Soccer is about so much more than goals and wins: it’s about making friends, building confidence, staying active, and creating lifelong memories in our community.

CUBS registration extended one more week!

We're giving families one final week to register for CUBS, LYSA's rec program for 5U and 6U players. It's a great next step after PAWS — still fun and low-pressure, with a bit more structure as players grow.

5U (born 8/1/2021–7/31/2022)
6U (born 8/1/2020–7/31/2021)

Please note: the late registration fee does apply for this group, so if you've been meaning to sign up, now's the time before the window closes.
