The KVCA releases its 2026 Preseason KVCA Girls Volleyball Poll. The Assumption Rockets open the season as the #1 team in the state followed by Mercy, Notre Dame, North Oldham, and Elizabethtown in that order. First place votes at noted in parenthesis.

The regular season is set to begin next Monday, August 17 and conclude with the KHSAA State Championship. An updated poll is planned to be shared every two weeks throughout the fall season.
