On Tuesday and Thursday mornings, Coach Izabel leads our juniors in yoga practice. We love working to make sure our bodies do more than just rowing and keep strong bodies for a lifetime of health.

Many college rowers began as athletes in other sports before discovering rowing.
You don't need experience.
You just need the willingness to work hard and learn something new.
Join us this summer and try a learn to row camp. Low commitment, but the biggest reward.

Rowing is a lifetime sport, and one that does not need to be started as a toddler in order to enjoy it for life.
Unlike many sports, rowing is filled with athletes who discover the sport in high school, college, and long into adulthood. Most college rowers learned to row in high school, if you are still longing to compete at the collegiate level, rowing may be the sport for you. If you are missing having a team in your life, and looking for something to do before and after work, rowing may be the sport for you.
This is one of the few sports where starting in high school or adulthood is completely normal.
We have learn to row sessions for rising 7th-12th grade students as well as anyone 18+! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - we will teach you everything you need to know.
