35 pounds down in 4 months. 🔥
Yeniffer joined our 8 PM class with one goal: improve her health and build confidence in herself.
Since day one, she has shown up with an amazing attitude, worked hard, stayed consistent, and pushed herself every single class.
She’s now down 35 pounds and has her sights set on losing another 30 pounds to reach 165 lbs on the scale.
She feels incredibly motivated thanks to the results she’s seeing, as well as the positive vibes at the gym and the support from her classmates.
Results like these don’t happen by accident. They are earned through discipline, dedication, and trust in the process.
We’re incredibly proud of you, Yeniffer. Keep going, the best is yet to come. 💪🐂

ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT — APRIL ✨
From humble beginnings… to confident and fierce.
April joined TORO Fitness in late 2022 at just 19 years old. She was then really shy, quiet, and starting with mostly empty barbells and 18 lb kettlebells.
Fast forward to today:
🔥 235 lb deadlift at only 115 lbs bodyweight (quite impressive!)
🔥 Bodyweight power cleans
🔥 Strict pull-ups & handstand push-ups
🔥 Completed a full HYROX simulation
But what inspires us most isn’t just her strength.
It’s who she has become.
Over the years, April has grown into a confident, assertive, and fierce young woman, all through consistency, discipline, and hard work.
If you train in the afternoons, you already know:
she’s ALWAYS here putting in the work. Usually doing TWO classes a day. Quietly getting better every single year.
Outside the gym, she works at a daycare and has dreams of becoming an Elementary school teacher. She will start college this coming Fall❤️
