The Speed Shoe Rodeo presented by Fleet Feet Louisville!
Join us Saturday, July 25th at 8:00 AM for an exciting event designed to test your speed and try out top performance footwear!
Participants will run approximately one lap (1 mile) around Seneca Park and record their time on Strava for a chance to win prizes from our featured vendors. To be eligible, runners must tag both the shoe brand and “Speed Shoe Rodeo” in their activity post.
The event is free and open to all runners. “Heats” will begin every 15 minutes from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, giving participants multiple opportunities to test run different shoes. Vendor partners will be on-site providing demo shoes and swag giveaways throughout the morning.
We encourage runners to arrive at 7:45 AM to register for their sizes. We’ll wrap up with raffle drawings and prize giveaways at 9:20 AM, concluding the event at 9:30 AM

Fleet Feet’s Marathon Training Program presented by ASICS Running brings runners together around a shared goal and a clear path forward. For 15 weeks, you will follow a progressive training plan designed to help you build endurance, confidence and consistency.
You’ll come together for two coached, in-person group workouts each week, with a structured plan to guide your running on the days in between. Your training goes beyond the run itself.
Guidance for warm-ups and cool-downs, strength work to build durability and help reduce injury risk, and mobility and cross-training to keep your body balanced is provided. You’ll also receive expert tips on gear, nutrition, recovery and more.
