Meet the Team: Greg
Greg joined CKRM in 2018, bringing his passion for running and 30+ years of radio and marketing experience to create fun, profitable events for local charities. A seasoned race director and marathoner, he specializes in turning unique race ideas into reality.

Beyond race day, Greg is a dedicated community leader, serving on multiple boards and earning the Fort Knox "Gold Neighbor" award for his support of soldiers and their families. You can also catch him telling stories and getting your day started on 94.3 The Wolf Milby in the Morning.

We have a weekend off and while we catch up, something has been on our mind a lot. We started Bigfoot Timing in 2023 with a passionate heart for our running community. In 2024 when we merged with Central Kentucky Race Management the goal was to serve an even wider community and charities with like minded partners. Now that we are in mid-2026 our drive and passion has only grown to offer events and services above and beyond expectations at the lowest possible rate.

All of us have day jobs, side hustles, families and life outside of the nearly 200 races we are involved with every year. We have all of the overhead of a business with operating costs, insurance, taxes, etc. All of the long days and nights are totally worth it when we see you cross that line with a smile and tackle your goals.

Running is for everyone! We want to help make that possible for participants, sponsors, charities and the community as a whole. We could not do this without your love, support and participation. Thank you each and every one of you for joining us, sharing our events, spreading the work to other charities and events. We appreciate you and all of your support!

We could not have ordered better weather for the ADSA Conference 5K this morning in Milwaukee! Greg and Jennifer took the show on the road and after a long drive from storms yesterday they were greeted with a beautiful Milwaukee sunrise!

Wrapping up a very busy two week stretch of races this morning with the Run Wild trail race benefiting Second Chances Wildlife Center. We could not have asked for a more beautiful morning for this event. While a bit warm for the runners and the trails a slightly softer than desired, the overall turnout and race were great. We love seeing so many warm and smiling faces!

We celebrated Juneteenth the way we do best, with a 5K party! Juneteenth Freedom 5K in Richmond, KY this morning was a lot of fun with some awesome people.

Run Wild 5 Miler is Sunday at Brown Foreman Silo Center. This is going to be a fun trail race benefiting the Second Chances Wildlife Center. Come out and join us!

Tonight we had the pleasure of bringing our party to the Viking Dash 5K at St Albert the Great Catholic Parish. We had some speedy runners out there blazing through the course. Congrats to all and thank you for joining us!
