OK... confession time. 🙋‍♀️

I have to talk myself into getting on the treadmill almost every single time.

Do I love it? Nope.
Do I know it’s good for me? Absolutely.

So lately, I’ve been playing a little mind game with myself.

Instead of thinking about the whole workout (which somehow feels exhausting before I’ve even started 😅), I give myself one tiny job:

Put on your sneakers. Turn on the treadmill. That’s it.

And here’s the awesome part...

Every. Single. Time. Once I’m there, I end up doing the workout anyway.

It reminded me that we often make things feel way bigger than they really are. Whether it’s exercising, making that phone call, tackling a project, or starting something you’ve been putting off... don’t focus on the whole mountain.

Just take the next small step.

Because those actions add up in ways you can’t imagine.

Today is a fresh opportunity. You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to start. Your future self will be so glad you did. 💚

Success isn’t usually about finding the next big strategy. It’s about getting honest with yourself, showing up consistently, embracing the uncomfortable moments, and choosing to grow, even on the days you don’t feel like it.
