Tryouts are here for our PSC 2036 8U team! We’re excited to build a group of dedicated players, passionate coaches, and supportive families.

If you have an 8U player who is coachable, loves the game, and is ready to develop at an elite level, this is an opportunity you won’t want to miss. Come be part of a culture that emphasizes hard work, player development, and team-first success.

💗🩵 Performance Softball Club Family 🩵💗

Please keep Zoey Davis #00 and her family in your thoughts and prayers. Zoey was involved in a golf cart accident that resulted in a skull fracture and a brain bleed. She will be hospitalized for the next few days as doctors monitor her closely.

We are asking our softball community to come together and surround Zoey with love, strength, and encouragement during this difficult time. Every prayer, kind thought, and message of support means the world.

🚨We would like to address a recent social media post involving Performance Softball Club.🚨

First and foremost, we want to clarify that the situation involves one 14U team and does not represent Performance Softball Club as an organization. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding that may have resulted from the post.

Steve and I have always made softball—and more importantly, the development and well-being of our players and families—our highest priority. We remain fully committed to building and maintaining a high-level organization centered on player development, integrity, teamwork, and respect.

While disagreements can happen in any competitive environment, a conflict between a coach and a parent or player does not reflect the organization as a whole nor the other teams in that organization. Not every coach and player are the right fit, and that’s okay. We fully support families in exploring opportunities that they feel are best for their athlete’s growth and future.

Our hope is that when those situations arise, they can be handled respectfully and privately. There is no need for relationships to end with negativity or be played out publicly.

We appreciate the many families who have trusted Performance Softball Club with their daughters’ development. We remain focused on providing a positive, competitive environment where our athletes can continue to learn, grow, and succeed both on and off the field.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Performance Softball Club. We look forward to moving forward together and continuing to build something our players and families can be proud of.

As a coach, this is the award I’m most proud of.

Winning championships is exciting, but trophies for wins eventually collect dust. An award like this means something much deeper.

Performance Softball Club 2031 was honored with the 2026 USSSA National Championships Team Sportsmanship Award, voted on by the tournament umpires and directors. Out of every team they watched compete, they recognized our girls for displaying the highest level of sportsmanship, respect, and character throughout the event.

They saw our players cheering each other on, lifting teammates up after mistakes, encouraging one another through adversity, and showing respect to every opponent—whether we won or lost. They noticed that even when things didn’t go our way, our girls responded with positive attitudes, positive energy, and class.

As coaches, we spend countless hours teaching much more than softball. We teach accountability, resilience, teamwork, respect, and how to represent yourself with integrity. Seeing those lessons recognized by the people who officiated and directed the tournament is incredibly rewarding.

This award tells me we’re building not only better softball players, but better young women.

To our players: Thank you for proving that character matters. Thank you for competing hard, supporting one another, and representing our organization with class every single inning.

Winning games is great. Winning respect is even better.

🏆Gulf Coast National Championship Finalists🏆
The girls were dropped into the losers bracket after a hard fight against Texas Wednesday night. That meant playing 6 games back to back in 100+ heat index to make it to the championship. But you know what? THEY DID THAT. They all had their moments to shine, they all put in the work to get back in the championship. 💪 The team won best sportsmanship! #3️⃣3️⃣ Kylie Kidwell won best offensive player, #1️⃣5️⃣ Paisley Swartz won defensive MVP they both pitched and caught every game, when asked are you ready to take a break they replied “I’m good”. But I want you all to know EACH of these players put their absolute all into each game! Through the heat, the no breaks they all fought until they ran out of gas. Congratulations Team!

🏆Help congratulate #1️⃣5️⃣ Paisley Swartz for becoming the home run derby champion and #6️⃣ Ki’lynn Lester on being runner up for fastest base running in the Gulf Shores National Championahip. 🥎

‼️🚨Tomorrow starts bracket play for our girls! Help wish them good luck. The heat here is no joke, hopefully they come out on top 💪
