Happy Wednesday, Fit Fam! It's time to spotlight St. Matthews member, Rebecca Donohoe, who didn't realize that FBBC was going to change her life after walking through the door. Here is her story:

"At the beginning of 2025, I hit my lowest point, driven by being at my biggest weight, out of fitness and not leading the healthiest lifestyle. I knew something had to give and started with some small changes. When an ad popped up on Instagram for FBBC, I signed up on a whim and my whole life changed from there.

From the first time I walked in the door, it was so welcoming and encouraging. I found my people and can’t imagine a life without them now! FBBC has helped me completely overhaul my entire life for the better, brought back my confidence and spark and I have never felt as good!
