Your glutes play a key role in lower body power, posture, and overall movement quality. This combination of exercises targets strength, stretch, and unilateral control for balanced development and long-term progress.
Glute Focus Workout:β’ Sumo Squats β 10β12 repsTargets: inner glutes + overall lower body strength
β’ RDLs β 10β12 repsTargets: glutes + hamstrings (posterior chain)
β’ Hip Thrusts β 8-10 repsTargets: glute max + peak contraction
β’ Bulgarian Lunges β 8β10/sideTargets: unilateral strength + glute stability
Complete 2-3 sets of each exercise
Rest 60β90 seconds between sets
