Before and after for an ice maker that I thawed with a steamer today as a result of the customer stating there was no ice being made. Had the same problem with this unit a few years ago but believe it has been solved again. Removed the assembly after melting the ice to check for other issues. There should be no problems in the near future for this unit and a happy customer!

Steadily upgrading my new house in between other customers this week. Just added 3 new smart locks, and a smart thermostat. Also got to change some wiring in my HVAC to add a common wire to power the new Nest thermostat

Just bought a new home recently and, of course, one of my first projects was to clean out the dryer vent and replace the cover with an upgraded one. Little did I know what I was going to end up seeing was one of the worst clogs I’ve ever run into. Not sure if the vent was ever cleaned but I was able to get out at least 4 foot of birds nests stuffed in there. It’s absolutely crazy that there was never a dryer fire here. But I know for a fact it is clean now!
