Brown University Men's Rugby The official page of the Brown Men's Rugby Team The team's home ground is Marvel Field on Elmgrove Avenue, Providence.

The Brown Rugby team, founded in 1960, competes in the Ivy Rugby Northern Conference with Yale, Harvard and Dartmouth in the fall season, with the top two qualifiers from the conference qualifying for the Ivy Rugby Championship in spring. Brown traditionally goes on tour during the university’s spring break with recent tours being to Barbados, Ireland, The Bahamas and Bermuda.The team also plays friendly matches against other colleges in the Northeast region, and competes in Rugby Sevens tournaments. While some players join the team already having experience on the rugby pitch, many more are new to the game when they arrive at Brown.
