Kirk is 72 years old and has been battling pancreatic cancer for the past year, traveling to Stanford for chemotherapy every other week.
And on his off weeks, he still shows up to Circuit Class.
This week, he pushed 250 lbs and pulled over 500 lbs on the sled. 💪🔥
That is what strength looks like.
Not waiting until life gets easier. Not waiting until you feel 100%. Just continuing to show up, do what you can, and keep moving forward.
Kirk is an absolute badass and a reminder to all of us that we are capable of more than we think. His grit, perseverance, and determination inspire all of us.
We are so grateful to have him as part of our Sweat Therapy community. To know him is to love him, and it is an honor to cheer him on.
Keep showing up. Keep fighting. Keep moving.
TEAM KIRK! 🙌❤️
