Rear Delts with a slight modification
Single arm pull downs for lats using the GOB Y-Attachment. Take some time to adjust the positioning so you feel it in just the right spot. You don’t need a lot of weight for this. Starting at a lower weight and feeling it vs starting heavy and not feeling it can help rule out if it’s the positioning or the weight.
