Here are the prices for the week of events for visiting guests and visiting professors. Thank you to everyone who plans to join us, share space, give energy and support us.

We curated this years event with the intent of flow and ease and growth in a more intimate setting than previous years. This event has more breathing room and space to connect deeper with movements, music and one another.

The full event investment includes 11 workshops, 5 rodas and the event T-shirt. The only thing not included is the celebration Townhouse on Friday night ($20 at the door)

It also includes the chill night on Saturday night at the studio. Food will be available for purchase by Belle Pasta & Professor Saracuru 😋

Teachers (Professores, CM and Mestres) we really appreciate it if you can encourage your students to join us so we can all keep learning from one another and keep growing doing what unites us all.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mestre Diony last year thanks for Mestre Muito Tempo and it was an absolute joy. It was an unexpected beautiful gift.

Diony brought us so much joy and laughter and playfulness. We are so honored he will be with us again this year. He is doing a US tour so catch him if you can before he gets to us.

Mestre Diony resides and teaches in Italy.
He will be teaching on Saturday at 9am.

Many of us have been following Piaocapoeira | Capoeira teacher and watching his moves wishing we could do that. Well, now we get to see it live and maybe learn a trick or two from the man himself.

This will be Mestre Pião’s first time at our event and we can’t be more excited to see him in person and play capoeira with him!

Mestre Amen recently went to his event in Brooklyn, New York where he resides and teaches. The exchange was a great one which lead to his presence here with us.

Welcome Mestre Pião to LA and to Capoeira Batuque. We hope this is the first of many….

It’s a blessing when you find people in your profession that are so kind hearted and good. Aside from being an amazing Capoeira Master, Mestre Pinga is a good human being with a great soul!

A few years ago, we needed to leave the country for an extended period of time and we left our home and our studio/business in his hands. He took such care of our lives while we tended to other things that needed our attention. We will never forget how you stepped in whole heartedly and took care of everything. Thank you 🙏🏽

Talk about precision of the game, sabedoria, efficiency, timing, details…. Besides being such a phenomenal capoeira master, Mestre Curisco brings unmatchable energy into classes and rodas and events.

Mestre Curisco teaches in Seattle and is the lead Master and founder of Capoeira Males and Capoeira Gladiator Max.

Last year, he honored us by surprising us at our 35 year celebration… that’s friendship, that’s what this is about! Building relationships and supporting one another in this journey.

This year we get him for our whole event. He will be our first guest to arrive and will kick off the workshops on Wednesday night at 6pm with a Takedown Concepts & Strategies Capoeira Workshop followed by a Training Roda from class concepts. He will teach again on Thursday at 10am and Saturday at 2pm.

We are excited to get a glimpse into his perspective and maybe get some of his magical capoeira touch ✨✨✨

This year, as part of Capoeira Batuque’s 36th batizado celebration, Rosângela will be teaching an Afro Brazilian workshop 💦 🔥 ⚔️ 🐚 in collaboration with Viver Brasil

We are so excited to fill the space with the beautiful energies and forces of nature. This workshop will follow Mestre Amen’s Samba Reggae Drumming workshop 🤍

Because time and space is limited, please arrive 10 mins early so we can start on time 🙏🏽

This year, as part of Capoeira Batuque’s 36th batizado celebration, Mestre Amen will be teaching a Samba Reggae workshop 🥁 🪘

We are so excited to fill the space with the beautiful sounds of Bahia. This workshop will lead right into Rosângela’s Afro Brazilian dance workshop at 10:30am 🤍

Because time and space is limited, please arrive 10 mins early so we can start on time. Also, please bring a drum if you have one 🙏🏽
