615 for an easy single. Then 505 X 5 with a long pause at the end. Wanted a 600 double or a 620 single. But couldn’t find 2.5s. Bench up 115lbs in a month. Body weight up 40lbs back to 250. Fourth workout back and felling way stronger. Muscle memory is real! I failed 500 my first attempt and workout back. Then barely got it my second attempt. Now I’m back to repping it just 17 days after my first lift coming out the hospital. Body weight was at 210lbs! I’m back into the low 240s. And I’m currently on no gear and natural. Which is the biggest win. Muscle memory along with sobriety giving up drugs and alch. Feeling strong and healthy. Life is good! Being at an all time low was a humbling experience.
