Five runs. Four stations. The distance drops every round — your legs won't feel it that way.
Today's a Hyrox-style ladder: 1000m down to 200m, with a row/wall-ball, sled/ring-row, ski/lunge, and farmers-carry/burpee-jump station stacked between each run. Classic ESTLR — real conditioning, not just a sweat.

800 meters, then max reps. Five rounds, five different movements — your legs never get a break.
Today: every 8 minutes for 5 rounds, run 800m, then max effort on one movement per round — pull-ups, sit-ups, Russian KBS, goblet squats, box jumps. Pacing the run is the whole game.

Bench press that gets heavier every set. Then Turkish get-ups test if you can still control weight overhead.
Today: bench press, 5 sets every 3 minutes — reps drop from 25 to 5 as the weight climbs. Then 5 rounds of Turkish get-ups, bar muscle-ups (or C2B), and the assault bike. Pressing strength into overhead stability.

One long chipper. Ten movements. No strength piece to hide behind.
Today's straight into it — a 10-movement chipper starting at 1000m and working down through wall balls, push press, hanging tuck-ups, hang snatches, lunges, burpees, cleans, push-ups, and wall walks. No warm-up sets, no easing in.

Heavy deadlifts, then a barbell that gets heavier while your reps get lighter.
Today: deadlift at 85% for 5x3, then barbell rows and hip thrusts. The metcon is a ladder — shoulder-to-overhead climbs from 45 to 155 while reps drop from 50 to 10, ring rows do the opposite. Your grip doesn't get a break.

5 rounds. Same 400m run. A different max-distance test every time.
Today: 2 rounds bike/sled push/bike/DB lunges. Then 5 rounds of a 400m run into a 4-minute max-distance test — ski, burpee broad jump, row, farmers carry, wall balls. Your legs don't get to recover. That's the point.
